Verified Renter The Park at River Oaks is a quiet place to reside . I feel same safe ( so far ) living there. I enjoy my walk around the Park at River Oaks. The workers outside are very nice guys. Some very nice people reside the Park. Nobody has ever been rude to me during my years there.

Any maintenance issues have been addressed rapidly and easily requested through the online resident service portal. Monthly meet and greet parties/management brunches help foster a sense of community and opportunity to meet your neighbors. All in all, transitioning from being a lifetime homeowner to renter has been made much easier at The Park at River Oaks.
