Verified Renter Well managed, beautiful and well maintained grounds and pool, excellent small gatherings for residents at frequent intervals, and spot-on maintenance staff, gated for added protection is a bonus; all these attributes have made living here for the past six years a perfect experience!!

Verified Renter The maintenance is horrendous. They blatantly ignore request, sign off as completed even when there’s not an attempt to repair ongoing issues that are quite taxing financially. I would never recommend anyone live here especially with the horrible maintenance; and ridiculous excuses to not repair broken or dysfunctional Equipment.
