Verified Renter I love the staff. I love the people. But plumbing and other outdated appliances should be addressed. My apartment is considered updated, but kitchen appliances and carpet does not seem updated to me.

My hope, (having had a particularly bad experience with Greystar ), is that operations will be altered only mildly to accommodate your much larger organization.

Verified Renter I appreciate professional manner maintained by managers and staff. Security is always a concern (like admission past the main entry gate, Management needs to maintain review of security matters at all times.
