Verified Renter The Park has been a wonderful place to live for the last 3 plus years. The Finger Companies did a great job with maintenance and personal service. My hope, (having had a particularly bad experience with Greystar ), is that operations will be altered only mildly to accommodate your much larger organization.

Verified Renter I appreciate professional manner maintained by managers and staff. Security is always a concern (like admission past the main entry gate, Management needs to maintain review of security matters at all times.

Verified Renter I have lived at The Park at River Oaks since 2001. This is my home and I love it. God blessed me with finding my home. Even though it now has some age on the property, it is kept up and well maintained. Our management and maintenance team are the best.

Go somewhere else if you don't want maintenance staff goes through your stuff while you are not home The chief maintenance person will enter your apartment without notice when you are not home. If you stay home for the entire day, and just go out for 30 minutes, he will enter your apartment in that 30 minutes. First, I thought it were a coincidence. Home away from home My home flooded during the hurricane, and I came to live at The Park at River Oaks while I wait for my house to be rebuilt. It was very traumatic and I was dreading having to live in an apartment. From the moment that I stepped foot into the leasing office, the staff and manager were so very kind and understanding that it made me feel less distressed about the transition.
