Verified Renter The maintenance is horrendous. They blatantly ignore request, sign off as completed even when there’s not an attempt to repair ongoing issues that are quite taxing financially. I would never recommend anyone live here especially with the horrible maintenance; and ridiculous excuses to not repair broken or dysfunctional Equipment.

They are always working so hard, and I see them going above and beyond to help residents with things that are not even related to the apartments.
