Verified Renter so far new. nothing much to comment. Apartment looks fine. Staffs are helpful. But cleaning in common areas is a big concern.

Verified Renter The size of the rooms is very good, and the noise level is very good, except from tenants above. However, the halls are seldom washed, so animal stains remain, and the garage is not kept clean. One cannot read the numbers on the assigned spots, and sand and leaves collect.

While we do clean the hallways on a regular basis, it is difficult to stay clean with the construction. Verified Renter The past 3 years have been very trying, inconvenient and noisy due to garage and overall property renovations. PARO’s location is ideal; however, most people do not/would not want to deal with the noise and interruptions.

The staff member are so attentive, genuine, and helpful in every way. We have lived in A LOT of apartments and this is truly a rare find.

Verified Renter I know the PARO office team and PARO maintenance team work very hard at trying to meet the needs of its residents. In my view most of the community problems at PARO need to be better addressed by GS corporate.
Verified Renter I like my apartment. It is spacious, and the location is close to grocery stores, etc. the in house maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Usually the response is quick. This time communications failed. The dirty halls and garage concern me though.
