The reviews are spot on this place is terrible. Changing rooms haven't changed in 16years(since I worked there that long ago) huge hole in changing room roof , gym is terrible barely any good equipment and what is there is falling apart. Changing rooms are filthy . Pool is filthy can barely see your feet in there. There's been something wrong in there every week since I've joined. If the first 3 months weren't contract i would have left already
Only went for a meeting so cant comment on the spa facilities. However the front of house areas, side room and cafe are designed to look crisp and modern in the present style of stripping everything back to bare surfaces. Looks ok but its so noisey. I assume an interior designer got this one so very wrong. No or very little soft furniture carpet curtains etc just ends up sounding like a 1960's school lunch hall. Nice gym with squash courts, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room . Small cafe.
An amazing experience every time I go, always leave feeling revived.
