Although it's a bit far from the city center, the on-site parking made it very convenient to visit by car. The shower water pressure was excellent, which I was very satisfied with. Our booking included breakfast, and the quality of the meal was outstanding. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, making our stay comfortable
This may have been four star - a very long time ago. Pool has more chlorine than water. Our garden view room looked at a wall; there may have been something green at the top. The low point - stained bath towels put out. When we showed the manager her response (no apology at all) was that it was the laundry company's fault. You can't possibly hang the towel without seeing it. Disgusting. And good luck finding it - a lot of road construction and zero signage to hotel. But that too is someone else's fault.
A wonderful welcome and a very comfortable stay. Amazing value.
Another very pleasant stay, close to the heart of Jesond and short metro ride into centre Parking is an issue so suggest using public transport Staff were v helpful, rooms clean and adequate as a base Will be returning so that's the best recommendation I can give
Pleasant and friendly staff and great service. The location is excellent, placed close to the centre of Newcastle and very near the beautiful Jesmond Park. Recommended!
