Jessica at the store was fantastic in helping me choose a product for my skin concerns! You can tell she’s really passionate and knowledgeable about skincare and I really appreciated her assistance! It felt like she really cared and didn’t try and upsell any products rather would let me know I didn’t need x or y because what I already had combined with this alternative product would be more effective! Thanks so much, Jessica!

Writing this with a burnt face. I purchased the Salicylic masque recently which burnt my face. I visited the store and a salesperson confirmed it was faulty but I need to reach customer support. It is beyond me that they were not concerned in the slightest about the product as if it is a normal thing. (I already told them I am going nothing out of my normal routine). It is rare that I actually get to shop at a physical Ordinary store, but last week I took the opportunity to call in to the Spitalfields store to an top up on all my Ordinary products(I am a huge fan and have used their products for many years).
