Rather dissapointing! Was looking forward to my pedicure but felt very rushed at the end as more people were taken in for treatments, instead of focusing on the paying customers in the chairs already. My feet were wrapped up in a hot towel and one of the staff members came to me, finish now, open the towel, and didn’t even bother to dry them, I had to do that all myself. No Cuticle either. I said I am not happy with the dry skin on the tip of my toes and was told put some oil on it 🫣🫠😩

I went for a wax it’s my second time here and Amtual was absolutely amazing , kind, friendly, reassuring. First time I had Tee who was exactly the same. They are both amazing and I will be coming here from now on.

I attended the orchid studio today as it was recommended by a friend. The last set of acrylic nails I had done somewhere else were so thick and chunky. The orchid studio staff were all welcoming, and although busy, did not rush my nails. The man that did my nails was amazing! He really worked hard to get them looking fantastic, and he listened to all my requests. This will now be my go to nail bar. Thank you guys, you all do a fantastic job! Also good value for money.
