Recently had gel nails here… nails started falling off and left fungal infection underneath. Spoke to pharmacist who said it was due to non sanitary equipment or poor placement (leaving a gap between nail bed and gel which allowed moisture in). I’ve had gel nails for years and never had this issue anywhere else. Wouldn’t have posted a review but I popped in to the salon to mention it, was told a manager would call me, and they never did! Had a backdelicious massage from Amy M at the weekend and I would thoroughly recommend booking in with her. She listened to where I was sore and worked miracles so much so I've booked in for this weekend 😄
Fantastic staff- always professional and if you’re not sure about a treatment they will give you good advice. Always had a great experience at one lounge 😀
