Very nice hotel...rooms smaller than I expected. Staff was fast and courteous!!
Beautiful historic hotel located in the hub of downtown Louisville. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfy. Concierge floor not worth the extra $24 a night.

Attended a wedding there last night. It was a lovely event! Everything was awesome from the food, to the venue, to the staff. Would highly recommend to couples who are looking for an elegant space to celebrate their special day!
The lobby is beautiful but the King deluxe room isn't deluxe. It's so small and many places show wear. As a Diamond member with Hilton expected more from this hotel. Will try the embassy next time.
I had an amazing experience during my stay! My wedding was in the medallion room and it was perfect! Great staff with great customer service!!
