Service is awesome and the place is beautiful. Chef did a great job with Bourbon grilled ribeye. The piece of meat was not the highest quality but it tastes awesome. Had some issues with cleanliness of the bathroom and texted pics to the desk staff to show housekeeping. Asked twice for them to clean and a feeble attempt was made. I finally did it myself. The shuttle drivers/porters were the very best I ever encountered.
Stayed at this hotel in August of this year. The parking attendant open my car door and hit the podium of the valet stand. Was promised a call back regarding the damage- Never Happen I have called them several times with no call back! The customer service Sucks! #dontletthemparkurcar

Thanks for a great stay for our Regional 1 WCR meeting. First class. Had a flat tire and one of your employees put my spare on and gave me excellent directions to Firestone dealer on Preston. Didn't get names. Sorry. The security guard at the parking garage was wonderful. Female and the gentleman was on break and works in kitchen. Thanks from this Smoky Mountains gal heading home. We just returned from a wonderful stay at the beautiful Seelbach hotel. It really is just as nice as the photos.
For the price very disappointed! The room is tiny and in need of repairs. The bathroom toliet area is so small I almost got stuck in it! There is nothing that doesn't cost way to much money even the wifi isn't free unless you register for hh rewards. This is NOT luxurious at all. It doesn't have a pool or hot tub so i figured at least a bath tub to soak in but no. You pay for the view of the lobby and a bed. Stayed at the Embassy across the street much much better!!!! The Seelbach is a dream hotel for me. I'm a history ,Luxury , metro lover, this 4 diamond hotel , was all of the above and more! The sharp staff, that offered my companions and I the history info were impressive ,over 100 yrs with so many original art pieces, Wowzer! It felt like Manhattan , the 4th Street Live, night life was amazing !! I shall return.
This has to be the most premier hotel we have had the opportunity to stay in! Everything from the concierge to the restaurants has been wonderful! Customer service has been impeccable!
First class all the way. I stayed 3 nights, can't wait to visit again.
