Located off the lobby of the Seelbach, this bar offers over forty bourbons, expertly mixed cocktails, and heavenly desserts like the Warm Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie. The Seelbach is known for its artfully restored, early 1900s decor, and this elegant watering hole was not passed over. The bar itself is a fine piece of mahogany, and it's as inviting a bar as ever there was. The bar is staffed by a crew not only expert at drink mixing, but also at spinning yarns about the hotel, the neighborhood, and the great state of Kentuc... read more

It's a very nice hotel and the location is great. You walk out the door and you are at Fourth Street Live.
Great hotel! But the bathroom was a little small. Overall still great!
With 150+ bourbons in tow at the Old Seelbach Bar, I didn't have any complaints. Definitely worth the stay to see a piece of history.
Been here several times, the staff were very friendly, rooms were comfortable!
Regular guest...I've never been disappointed. The service is great, the location is so convenient and the historical differences are so atypical of a traditional chain hotel. You do it well Seelbach!!
Most fabulous hotel I have ever stayed in the rooms were nice the hotel was beautiful and the staff well you couldn't ask for a nicer one, when I go back for a stay in Louisville this will be the place to stay!! All I can say really is WOW!!
Always enjoy staying at the Seelbach. Great location to 4th Street. Only downside is the very small bathrooms. It's $18/day if you pay at the garage. Unless you specifically want to stay at the Seelbach, a better choice is the Hampton or Springhill suites a couple blocks away. Free parking, and bigger bathrooms. The Seelbach has a cer... read more
Classic hotel with excellent restaurants and services. Beautiful architecture, and a fun little history of Al Capone and prohibition.
The staff was very friendly and informative about the history of the hotel. It is in a perfect location to go to 4th street live. I can't wait to stay there again.
