Old hotel with charm pleasant stay with a warm welcome
Gorgeous place for a wedding reception! We also stayed in the Seelbach Suite on our wedding night and it was great. So beautiful and historic, love it!
Room wasn't ready. Nobody bothered to come get us when it finally was. Almost late for Roger Waters concert. Actually heard the valets talking about the irritating people that wanted their car that was taking them to the concert but they didn't know what to tell them because it was at the airport and ..Oh well. And I was one of us that they were talking about!! But the front desk people are amazing and helpful and very nice.
Some of staff was very nice.. But overall terrible Experince! Rooms was reserved for 6 months! Got there after check still had to wait 2 hours for our rooms. Our room had tras under the bed still. The tub was dirty! Transits aound the entrance.ppl asing for money staff leaves you bags an waks off. Saw a wit staff swip swip le anothers tip saw a cp chase a guy drn breakfast. $$$ btw
