Excellent service recovery by management. Nothing went horribly wrong, but wasn't perfect. Managers stepped right up to make it all right. And it's a beautifully preserved historical building!! Steak house was excellent!! 🍽 Fitness room is great and open 24/7 💪🏼👍🏼

If you're looking for a taste of nostalgic Louisville this is the hotel for you. It's a grand old hotel with rich history and for most, maybe a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a hotel of this grandeur. If you're looking for modern convenience and amenities, choose another hotel.
Impeccable service...from the shuttle driver, to the doormen (boys), the front desk clerks and the club lounge concierge!
