Great facilities and great people working there! Nothing is too much trouble and help is always on hand. There's a well equipped gym and everything is spotless. There is also a social area and a large meeting room. All are immaculate. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Nicci is a diamond, she even gave up her office for me when I couldn't work from home. 💜

A warm friendly welcome always awaits you . The Gym studio has a variety of equipment to suit everyone. The fitness classes are for all abilities . Great place to unwind after a hard day at work .
Excellent facilities with friendly and supportive staff. Everything is spotless and it is a pleasure to go there for a workout, an added bonus there is parking (subject to availability).
