We had a wonderful stay at this boutique studio. The space was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The attention to detail made it feel warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that set it apart from other places we’ve stayed. The only good thing about this place was the location, the room was freezing and the heating didn’t work. I booked a 2 night stay and on the second day even with a DND sign on the door I was awoken by banging on the door and being asked to check out even though I wasn’t due to check out until the day after, the room also had a really bright green light directly facing the bed that made it hard to sleep.
I did not realize when I booked NO lift! got there & was not happy! As my sister & I have various disabilities. I made it up the stairs to my room,as I was too tired to try & findanother place. Actually, I'm glad I did not look.Staff was super friendly & understanding in my melt down of no lift. Though I have never been anywherethat had a no reception hotel, it all worked out flawless.
