I'm disabled, and the gym staff are kind enough to allow my husband (who is also my carer) to come into the gym with me. It's always so quiet, and so spacious! Being autistic, I like not being too cramped in a gym - and I can work out and fall on my face when doing mat work and know that nobody is looking at the fat 50-something who has obviously had to go back to the beginning after a long recovery from major surgery! I love working out here!
Never crowded, great staff, good choice of equipment and well priced.
Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Great gym etiquette!
Greet value for money. Friendly staff and always clean. Plenty of equipment and free weights. Not sure why 2 of the cable pull down machines have been out of service for weeks. ( They have 2 more that work)
