A wonderful little hotel. Location is great, rooms are clean and had everything you need. What really makes it is the staff. Andrew couldn't have been more welcoming and really went the extra mile. The breakfasts were lovely too. Will definitely be back when we next visit Llandudno.

Location of the hotel was great, and the room had everything you need. Very clean but the thing that stood out was the friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I felt I was visiting somewhere I had been loads of times. Great stay x
Very friendly couldn’t do enough for us went on motorcycle kept the locked in back under cover for us we gone back 2 years later and it’s changed ownership still really nice place very helpful thanks
THIS B n B is 5 stars! Not the 1 indicated at beginning of review!! Page jumped and couldnt go back!!! Another wonderful short break at this b n b.Andrew and his team are warm and helpful and available with local knowledge about restaurants or things to do if needed. Good choices for breakfast and everything is top quality.Rooms are excellent/clean and welcoming.We have been here several times now and will certainly be back soon.
