Nick is very knowledgeable and informative. Takes great care to understand your issue and provides tailored exercises to suit. Diagnosed my shoulder issue and provided some great exercises to help with the pain. Shoulder is now feeling better than it has in a long time and mobility has returned. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

He gives you a very clear and precise progress plan with verbal and printed instructions. Also provides you with access to ongoing support and with an app with clear instructions with visuals and how to complete your excersise programme. Very easy and clear to follow.
