RecommendedThere is a lot to like about this facility and staff. At times, the room sanitation is not as it should be in terms of dirty floor and trash can not emptied. There is room for improvement.
The personnel is very Attending courteous very hygienic
Attention could be paid to patients who are lying/sitting in bed all day and night. This is an invitation for bedsores which is equivalent to NEGLIGENCE.
It was awful. Dirty, inattentive doctor and most nurses, inedible food,and bad occupational therapy. The physical therapist, and my CNA were very good. Staff spent more time talking, and laughing together than taking care of patients. Severely understaffed. Room cleaner did a fast, poor job. Almost impossible to get socks, blankets, and towels. They Take Very Good Care OF My Moms!
Never send your loved one to this terrible place. They are understaffed and have no supplies including the basics such as gloves and gowns. The rooms are never cleaned and the staff is extremely rude. My mothers roommate passed away and after promising to move her immediately she was left in the room for 4 hours with the body. Then they said they couldn’t move her because they had no other rooms. Again never send someone you care about here.
