Used for some time now was quite happy to start with but as gone down They book far to many appointments so you get pushed from one technician to another witch makes your appointment longer Then they rush to do your nails with no care and the finish is hideous will NOT be giving them my money any more
Me and my friend got our nails done and I am proud to say that they did a good job and was quick too absolutely love them 5 stars because a salon let us down and it very last minute I phoned them if they had any spaces and they excepted both of us with short notice
Very disappointed with my experience here. Booked 2 appointments. We had to wait ages, when they did get around to doing us, we felt very rushed and they kept saying they couldn't do certain things we were asking for. The staff are rude and for the money paid £85 for natural nails and one acrylic set it was not an enjoyable experience. Needless to say I will not be going back here again.
