Lovely vibes, team and atmosphere.
Worst experience I've had visiting a nail salon. I booked the appointment on the day which was changed to 15 minutes earlier with a different nail technician (I chose Lucy when I booked because of her great reviews) by text - didn't get a phone call/email or explanation so had to call to confirm). I booked a full regular manicure which was meant to be a 45 minute appointment (I had a gym class scheduled at 4.30pm which I thought I had plenty of time to get to). Lucy was really good. Excellent shellac pedicure, got my skin really smooth and cuticles perfect.
