Do a good job on nails but the salon could be a lot cleaner. I find it quite dirty and untidy and the atmosphere a tad unwelcoming.

I wouldn’t want a deaf person like myself go there again. Staff very rude talking in their own language whilst doing my nails just felt completely ignored they wear masks so I can’t lip read. They are ripping me off when I asked for infill both times they charge me full price… disgusting! Will never go back there again.

I visited approx 6 months ago, I had a pedicure. It was awful from the get go. I felt awkward and out of place for my whole visit. The man doing my nails burned me with the hot towels. When I said ouch! He removed them but instantly put them back on, burning them again and then laughed saying sorry. The pedicure was horrendous. I kept asking him to fix it but he just kept painting the French back the same. Also wouldn't let me have any glitter. I felt I couldn't say anything again and it was too busy to ask for a manager.
