I’ve just left this nail salon and had mixed feelings at first, but left happy thanks to their excellent customer service. Initially, I was disappointed because my nails came out quite chunky and uneven, with noticeable bumps. When they asked if I was happy, I was honest and said I wasn’t. Kathy, who was absolutely lovely, immediately stepped in to fix them. She carefully reshaped the nails, made them flat and smooth, and now they look uniform and elegant. I came into the nail shop this morning the male staff member was very rude and impolite I asked to have one nail repair and he said he doesn’t want to do it and walked away. I attempted to talk politely to the staff member and he continued to ignore me in front of all the customers. Very disappointed as I have been regularly supporting and getting my nails done since they opened, the customer service is very poor only asking for one nail repair and willing to pay for just the one nail.
