I always have such a great experience at the Nail Atelier. The ladies are all great and so kind, it's always such a positive and fun atmosphere in there. They give great advice and guidance. Joana (Hannah) does my nails so beautifully and with so much care. I get Biab and gel nails done in colour, with and without art, french and ombre. I also have my brows shaped and tinted, they always look amazing after. Hajar really takes her time to make them perfect. Efficient and good-quality nail service if you're short on time. That said, the atmosphere isn’t particularly relaxing, and at times I felt a bit out of place, possibly due to conversations happening in a language I didn’t understand.

I came to this salon today for the first time and had a good experience for the most part! The nails and toes turned out lovely and Josie who did them did a great job! The only reason for a three star review was the fact that toward the end of my pedicure (I booked a manicure and a pedicure) a woman walked in asking for a lash tint as a walk in appointment and who I assume was the manager asked Josie who I booked the appointment with to go and do that, meaning a different person took over the last part of my pedicure and hal... read more

Update (08/07/25)- have been to this nail salon many times since and each time I have had a great experience. Ti did such a gorgeous job today on my nails! She spent a really good amount of time making sure they were perfect and kept asking if I am happy with it. She is a star …. Today was my first time trying this nail salon. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and my husband got a pedicure. I was so impressed by this nail salon, there was great attention to detail and it had a luxuary feel to it.
