Tenderloin was amazing...huge...and the best we've had! Fries and shakes were great too! Worth the drive on a beautiful fall day yesterday!

We've been twice! Both times delicious and beyond excellent service! Even when they are slammed.
Had the best burger there last night. And the fresh cut fries were sooooo good! Can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu!!
I am a big fan of The Mug and have been since it opened. However, I purchased two breaded tenderloins and two classic fries. The fries were good as always, but the issue was the tenderloins. They were overcooked and so thin you could literally see through it in one area! It looked like jerky and I couldn't bite into it! The rest of it was thinner than thick bacon! I paid $21 for for that! Very disappointed! Oh, I didn't eat mine and my husband ate around on his.

Went to Irvington location last week for early dinner: We were surprised upon seeing the menu and found out prices are more than in Greenfield location. ORIGINAL HAMBURGER, so as the PORK TENDER LOIN..I dont know the rest if there's a price difference. In fairness.. I was so amazed with the ONION RINGS.. best ever had, was really good. The fries was a lot lot better than in Greenfield. The place is nice, service is good. It's just that $6 hamburger is too high.
