Poor service and not even an apology for their screw up!

The food is so worth the wait!!! We've tried it all and having hot, fresh, tasty food makes me not go anywhere else. Fast food it is not but awesome food it is!! I know some think the wait is too long or didn't expect it but when they make each order one at a time you know your burger or chicken wasn't waiting in a bin for you. Thanks!

We ordered from the car and waited 30+ mins for food. I had to go inside to find out it had been sitting in a warmer for who knows how long. The waitress still got a tip for forgetting us (which I want back) b/c you're forced to pay when you order. The gentleman running the counter apologized profusely and offered me free ice cream so I calmed and let it go. I really should have had my meal discounted.
