The idea of a larger bun for the Pork Tenderloin would be great for this sandwich. Then again if I order one I may ask that they not include a bun. The tenderloin was thick and was juicy. You go to a lot of places where the meat seems dry, not here!! We drove over from the east side in Indy about 15 miles. I had heard about this place during Riley Days. I was pretty excited when I heard you were going to open a Mug in Irvington. We've been there 3 times and I gotta say, we like the one in Greenfield much better. The food and service is better in Greenfield. We'll take the 14 mile trip and come there.
