I recently attending a meeting held here and honestly did not know much about it, but I am already hoping to return. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the place is so beautiful with such a unique atmosphere, I didn’t realise a venue could be both relaxing and exciting at the same time! The absolute star of the show for me though was the food, my god, it’s the next day now and I am still thinking about it! I don’t know what my expectations were but it far succeeded them. It's ok, gets crammed on event days. Cafe quite expensive and gets really busy.
Nice place to have local to you for a refreshing sunday morning, nice coffee too. Always a great spread of cars to look at.
Great place, plenty of parking, always advisable to book for the restaurant as it gets busy
My son and I like cars. I'm 53 and he is 16. We come here 10-15 times a year, this place has become a real magnet for the car community. We travel all the way from Grimsby so that in itself says how worthwhile it is to visit The Motorist. French, German, Japanese, American, Italian... You name it, they have an event for it. It's a fantastic place to both take photographs of cars and also to meet owners and talk about the cars. Highly recommended.
