Warm British hospitality- lovely hotel in central London with warm service and friendly staff. Only small issue is the size of the double beds- just a tad bit too small. Overall, just the best place to stay in central London. Thank you Meghan for lovely service and a friendly face at breakfast. From the porters, to concierge, reception and service staff, everyone presents a united and warm face leading to a wonderful experience
Very disappointed with this hotel. Our room (booked weeks ahead) had a flight of stairs to one side which had to be traversed in order to reach the bathroom (shower and toilet). Hotel was tired and needed money spent to improve many areas. Breakfast was not good-very plain with little choice and a good coffee had to be paid for.
