This is a stunning apartment. Perfect location for Bowness on Windermere. The apartment itself is just perfect
Please think twice before booking with this appartment. I booked for my wifes birthday. The shower was broken and when I contacted the host they said there was nothing they could do. They promised a full refund and a complimentary stay. I have been chasing all week with no reply. Unfortunately I'm going to go down the small claims route to get my money back. Please save yourself the heartache and book somewhere else.
We got fooled as we got the wrong room : we booked a luxury room with Terrace 70 mq and we got a 20 mq small room in the basement ! That's really unfair and we're planned all our trip to the UK just to enjoy this luxury room that is not available but we booked it 6 month ago !
