I have never been someone who regularly attends the gym until I started at Meta Movement and it is now a part of my weekly routine and I love it. All of the coaches who I train with Ryan, Janine and Paul are really amazing, they make things fun but they help and push you to make progress at the same time. I've been a member here since 2021 and I've loved every minute. With the help of the incredible PTs and the supportive, friendly members I'm now lifting weights that I wouldn't have thought possible when I joined. It's been an incredible journey. This place is my second home and I get grumpy when I can't go and train some days!

I’ve been at Meta almost a year now and if you’re looking for a gym where you can walk in and not feel intimidated, Meta Movement is the place for you.
