Absolutely fantastic meal at this lovely restaurant. Incredibly warm welcome from the Laura and Matt. Good conversation whilst I was waiting for my wife to turn up. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The decor was inviting and furnishings comfortable an excellent meal, surpassed only by the hospitality
We had an amazing Sunday roast here last week! The setting is absolutely beautiful — the dining room feels grand and spacious, with plenty of room between tables so you can really relax. The food was unreal, served on a sharing board, and every element was spot on — great gravy, quality meat, and perfectly cooked potatoes. As someone with allergies, I felt really safe and well looked after — the team took everything seriously and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Fabulous place in Derbyshire. Staff were a delight. Food was really good. Accommodation was first rate. Cannot fault this place.
