Brilliant stay staff very polite will stay again
Very disappointing. The hotel had scaffolding all around it and appeared dirty and grubby from the outside. It looked derelict. Arrived to find we couldn't get in. Had to phone a number on the window, and a lady came with a key saying, "Just leave the key on the table when you check out." The room was a family room , tatty, and the bathroom had a shower with either scolding water or freezing , no in between. Didn't see a single member of staff while we were there.
