Patrick was AMAZING!! He was patient and really took time to get to know what I was looking for in a home. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner-- even after business hours. He was never pushy and made himself available to me during the whole escrow process. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new home and how smoothly things went. His assistant, Bonnie, was also SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them, again, when/if I move.

We asked Patrick for a market evaluation on our home, thinking we might sell in a couple years. In a couple months he came back with a buyer and asked us if we wouldn't be interested in selling now. We sold through him and he took care of everything. His staff of Bonnie and Michelle were excellent in taking care of all the details also. He was also excellent in finding us a new home to buy that fit our very demanding requirements.

I used and abused Patrick in buying and selling my home, he kept it professional and gave me the answers that I needed, liking them or not.
