Patrick and his team are great! I had very limited buying power and finding a place in 2011 with limited buying power was tough! Patrick understood what I wanted and needed in a place and didnt stop looking until he found it for me! It was as important to him I find the perfect place as it was for me! I was skeptical of selling my home due to past experience in this market. Patrick priced it right & it sold within a few days at top dollar.
