Patrick handled the sale of our home and the hunt for our new home. He was always on top of things. He helped us to present our property in the best possible light and price it right for our neighborhood. He sold our home in 4 days. Had to sell Mom's home after her passing. I interviewed 3 local real estate agents & with Mr. Marelly's knowledge of Fallbrook home sales and volume of successful closings, chose the Marelly Group. We signed the contract on Tuesday, & on Friday (yes, 3 days!), we accepted an all cash offer with a 15 day escrow, for above the appraised value.
