Patrick was great! We had another local realtor who was unable to get our house sold after 6 months of mess and multiple failed escrows. Patrick picked up our listing in mid-August and had our home sold and closed at the price we wanted by the end of September. Patrick is awesome and I cannot more highly recommend a realtor. Do not waste your time with another local realtor - Patrick is the best!

Overall excellent experience. Pat not only sold our property two days after he listed it, he got the asking price. The process was very quick and smooth. If you want your property sold fast, Pat is the agent for you.

Hi my name is Lori Benedict??. I met Andrew Ice froml houses to buy on Zillow. I want to say that without Andrew Ice My Daughter now 28 yrs old with a very bad Yraumatic Brain injury, from walking in a crosswalk and was struck by a car, had a 5% chanch to live. Angela is AMAZING at what she does! Real Estate can be a murky trudge at times & Angela makes the process of buying/selling a Home easy. She is sharp as a tack & really puts her heart into her work. There is something to be said for going the extra mile for others & that is what she does at every opportunity! There's a perfect Real Estate agent out there for everyone, and Angela was mine. I made an inquiry on a web page one evening while looking at homes on line, and BAM - my phone rang! Angela is the type of realtor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. We went out with her a couple of times and though we haven't found the perfect place yet I have every confidence that she will be patient and wants us to find the "home of our dreams." We do not live near the area that we want to re-locate to and Angela has been very generous with her time in that she will go and preview a house for us. Angel is extremely intelligent, very knowledgeable on his career. He also has a positive attitude to work with difficult task, such as in our case: must have enough land to park motor home, in city, nice location, good neighborhood, not far from work, and affordable. Speedy response, Angel rarely miss phone call and quickly return phone calls, answer questions or will find answers in the timely manner. He has excellence communication skill to negotiation for the price. We will return for service again.

Don't let his young age fool you! Angel is very knowledgeable and makes the home buying process a breeze. From start to finish he gave his 100% effort and worked through the many obstacles we encountered. He kept us well informed on what was going on and explained it in a way we could understand, being that this was our first purchase. I recommend him to friends and family that even mentions they are interested in buying or selling a home because he's well.... Awesome!

Angel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional during my home purchase process. There were a few obstacles on the seller’s side but Angel was able to help overcome those hurdles so we can close on time. My fiancé and I were picky buyers but Angel worked hard and diligently in finding us exactly what we wanted. Never did we feel pressured in just closing a deal with him.
