Fantastic realtor! He's fair, honest, and trustworthy, not just out to make a buck. He will answer a million questions, show you as many houses as it takes, tell you if he thinks it's a good or bad deal, and talk you off the ledge when escrow is driving you insane. This was my second time buying a home and by far the most challenging and he was right there through every twist and turn.
