We called Patrick Marelly of the Marelly Group because many of our friends said he is the BEST. We were not ready to sell Mom's house until the tenant's lease was up, which was 2 months from then. We wanted to get an idea of what needed to be done to the house to sell it. He was a big help. We're so glad we called him. We would have done way too much to get the house ready to sell. Angela was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable and helpful with the area and was eager to suggest places to eat, play, shop, and enjoy local seasonal and holiday festivities! Patrick was great! We had another local realtor who was unable to get our house sold after 6 months of mess and multiple failed escrows. Patrick picked up our listing in mid-August and had our home sold and closed at the price we wanted by the end of September. Patrick is awesome and I cannot more highly recommend a realtor. Do not waste your time with another local realtor - Patrick is the best!
