I met Chad several months ago at an Open House. He has followed up with me without me feeling pressured. Recently I opened Escrow on a home and Chad has been Excellent in the negotiation of the purchase and all the details that go into the transaction. He is honest and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has owned homes in the past or is looking to purchase their first home.
Patrick did a great job marketing and selling my home. He has a great support staff and they were always very helpful. Patrick’s advice helped guide me through the final sale negotiations.
