Patrick and Gretchen were with us every step of the way on a long, bumpy transaction. They were able to effectively communicate with the sellers to ensure them that we were valid and trustworthy buyers despite many delays on our end. Very professional group of people and yet friendly. The Marelly Group was considerate and notified us each time they had someone who wanted to see the house. With Covid raging I had some concerns about having strangers in the house but precautions were taken and our house sold quickly.
