I listed the home with Patrick in March 2019, and it sold in May 2019. His team is well-organized, thorough and very professional. Either Patrick himself or members of his staff communicated with us regularly. They clearly know how to market a home. The group understands all aspects of the real estate business. Chad Leising was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our hunt to find a home to renovate and resell. Chad understood the Fallbrook market and actually found us a home that hadn't been listed on the MLS and it worked out. We did have lots of discovery issues prior to buying the home but Chad helped us get the answers we needed through his many local contacts. Recent health issues in my family forced the sale of my home. Patrick Marelly helped me list and stage my house and his staff provided support at every stage of the process. My house sold in one week for full price. A very similar house next door with a different realtor had been listed and unsold for several months. I appreciate all the help especially from Gretchen. I had not sold a house in 20 years and she had to do a lot of explaining and hand holding.

Very good at advocating for us once we put an offer down and started the escrow process. Recommended a mortgage company, assisted with home inspection, and even arranged for the home to be cleaned prior to us moving in. Not overly pushy, listened to our needs, and did a great job overall.

Top notch services all around. With the listing of our house they were very detailed in describing the key points of our house and yard. When we purchased our house we used the Marelly Group and in turn we also used them to sell our house. We received an offer on our house in 27 days.
