Absolute nightmare experience with this gym. Cancelled my membership last month with confirmation paperwork, yet they've charged me AGAIN this morning. £30 down the drain and now battling with the bank to get it back. Staff were unhelpful when I tried to cancel, even got told they "don't waste time on their life" when I pointed out they should've called me . REFUND MY MONEY BACK !! THIS IS NOT FAIR . DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM! 👎🏻 I asked to cancel my membership via email WEEKS AGO and still no response. Called them, and the "customer service" was ABSOLUTE NO SENSE !Told me to cancel my direct debit myself and that there's "nothing they can do" 😒. Um, isn't that literally their job?! I'm cancelling because I can't attend anymore, not because I want to be a hassle, but you'd never know it from their attitude! Feels like they think I'm an idiot 🤯.
