If I could rate this in negative numbers I would! Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel! We didn’t even get to stay there (blessing in disguise springs to mind!). We paid for the hotel 1 week before we were due to go and stay, money was taken through booking.com and confirmation email sent so we were all set to go! I tried to call the hotel about checking in, and the number is not recognised…therefore you can’t even contact the hotel by phone! This hotel is a disgrace pleaseeee don't ever stay here myself and my partner was thrown out 9.30 at night because there was a leak in are room the management were sooo rude to us TV didn't work broken furniture disgusting still waiting for a refund as there trying to not refund me we had to pay for belongings reuind
Don’t give them the 50 pound deposit they won’t give you back they will just say ohh you have been smoking in the room and I’m a non smoker and they said to me that I damage the door don’t use them
We drove for close to 3 hours, from Bedfordshire to GY, at 16:00 about 15 minutes from arriving to check in, the hotel contacted us to say they’ve cancled the room. My wife is heavily pregnant, so driving back home wasn’t really an option after so many hours in the car already. We then spent 2 hours calling close to 40 hotels to try and find some accommodation, nothing unless we spent £600. We ended up finding a camp site and stayed in our vehicle, at least we still got use of toilets and a shower. We booked through booking.... read more
Was due to stay here tonight, but at 4:30pm (check in was from 3pm) our booking was cancelled due to overbooking. We had driven 2.5 hours! Leaving myself (who is pregnant) and my husband without a place to stay tonight. Ended up in a camp site!
