I found Ash’s yoga classes when I was pregnant and they were such a lovely part of my week. Ash creates such a welcoming, positive and relaxing space. I’ve always loved yoga and it was amazing to be able to practice safely whilst pregnant in such a lovely environment and meet others locally. I’m looking forward to continuing with future classes. I highly recommend her classes. Thank you!

The highlight of my week! Discovering Ash's pregnancy and post-natal yoga classes has been a delight. Ash fosters a safe, enjoyable, and supportive atmosphere that goes beyond typical yoga sessions. Her instruction is both excellent and accessible. I have been doing yoga with Ash for a few years now & her classes are always something I look forward to. Ash has an amazingly calm & soothing approach & her yoga sessions always leave me feeling in a better place; calm, grounded & relaxed. She is an amazing yoga teacher.
