This apartment community has gone downhill ever since Alliance took it over. The Lofts has it's problems, but I had no major issues until the month I forgot to pay rent. Instead of calling to give me a reminder, or leaving a notice on the door, they send it straight to DEBT COLLECTIONS and slapped me with a $300 late fee! The reason they gave was that "they have too many tenants to deal with".
