Apartment is a wonderful size and the people in the office are always nice and quick to respond. Things get fixed quickly around property and it is not too loud. The valet trash is extra but wonderful. Management tries to get residents to pick up after their dog and not leave trash on the floor of the trash rooms. Maintenance comes to fix things quickly and you can receive texts regarding your maintenance issue. This is one of the better apartments near ASU campus. The pools are kept clean and the gym is spacious and has many options.

This apartment community has gone downhill ever since Alliance took it over. The Lofts has it's problems, but I had no major issues until the month I forgot to pay rent. Instead of calling to give me a reminder, or leaving a notice on the door, they send it straight to DEBT COLLECTIONS and slapped me with a $300 late fee! The reason they gave was that "they have too many tenants to deal with". I'm pretty sure it took longer for them to draft the letter, send it certified mail, and let the B.S. spill out of their mouth then it would have taken to make a quick 1 minute call. Other reasons not to live here: 1) If you're a light sleeper, look elsewhere. The noise of airplanes, trains, and the light rail are constant. 2) They literally put in their lease agreement that you're not allowed to use the elevators to move your belongings. Good luck if you're on the 4th floor! 3) The only dumpster for recycle trash is a far walk away. 4) The dishwashers are almost useless. It has 1 level of jets, and so using 2 levels to load dishes will leave most of them dirty. 5) Management doesn't have the decency to respond to complaints. 6) They require 60 days notice to vacate. 7) Hidden required fee of $30/month (dubbed "Valet Trash").
