I have worked with ***** **** to sell, purchase, and property management. His communication is thorough and quick. He is always beyond professional and willing to go the extra mile to get a deal done well. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a realtor or to manage a property.
This property management firm is not recommended. Their monthly fee structure was excessive, and services included in the fee, such as air filter replacements, were not delivered consistently. Furthermore, the monthly rental rate was significantly higher than current market rates, as evidenced by their recent reduction of $200 per month for new tenants.Maintenance requests were addressed in a slow and inconsistent manner, and a persistent issue with a foul odor in the property remained unresolved throughout the lease term. I rent with Avenue currently. My ceiling caved in, it smells like and I have not been able to sleep in my place for over a week. The people who came out to fix it said there is water leaking from the outside and that needs to be fixed, but Avenue has yet to send someone out for that and it's been raining like crazy. They still have not came back to finish painting what they patched up. I have plastic over everything in my room, cans of paint on the floor, and I still can't sleep in there. ***** is an amazing through person. He takes extra time to make sure all the repairs are completed professionally & quickly so our tenants can have a safe comfortable place to live.
Submitted an application 11/28/2023 for a property at *****************************************. Remind you Im well over qualified. For one the property has been on the Market for quite some time now. Maybe a year now if you ask me. I been following Avenue Properties for years.. ************ really does NOT help low income families at all so if youre using a Housing Voucher please dont even bother applying. This rental company is wonderful!!! They were very responsive to ALL my requests and needs!! They have automatic withdrawal for your rent and they were very pleasant to work with! ***** is amazing!! Her responsiveness is so great! She can turn a problem into a resolution very quick!! Definitely recommend renting from them!!!!
