Lovely bags, great customer service
Shocking experience with this company. I Would not recommend at all and whilst I rarely write reviews, I’m so annoyed that I am doing so here. I would give no stars if that was an option. I placed an order at 09:30 on Thursday for an event the following Saturday. I had not heard anything about the order being dispatched so followed up on Tuesday. Item not as pictured/described This isn't what i ordered
I purchased 5 football themed sweet cones. They arrived with the chocolate balls missing, no substitute, and measured between 18-20cm (advertised as 25cm!) The ribbon tying them was tiny (not as pictured) and with the chocolate balls missing, they were no longer football themed! Not at all as described, and so would not recommend. The seller did refund £2 for the cone I photographed measuring 18cm but has since not replied regarding the other 4 also being far too small and not as described.
